In 1976, EuroCave of Lyon, France was the first to develop a self-contained wine cellar that recreates the natural cooling environment of a chateau cellar. Individually handcrafted in a thirty-step process, all EuroCave wine cellars are flawless in temperature and humidity control and provide years of smooth, quiet, vibration-free service.

Constant Temperature – Thick walls combined with EuroCave’s insulated thermal regulation system maintain a steady temperature between 53° and 57°F

Controlled Humidity – Stone-relief aluminum ceiling and walls together with EuroCave’s Hygro+ Humidity Management System guarantee an ideal humidity rate of over 50%

Slow & Permanent Ventilation – A constant flow of filtered air is achieved by the fluctuation in pressure between vents at the top and bottom of the cabinet

Thermal Insulation/UV Protection – Solid or UV-protected doors coupled with EuroCave’s special insulation guard against light and heat, preventing the premature deterioration of wine

Barrier Against Vibration – Eurocave’s Vibration Exclusion System absorbs tremors and shakes that can disturb the maturation process of wine
