Yes, you can cancel or make a change to an order that you've already placed by calling us at 1-800-356-4808 between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday or between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CST Saturday and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you. Bacchus Cellars is closed on Sunday. Should you contact us after business hours, please leave a detailed message and a sales associate will return your call the next business day.
For all custom racking, cooling units, and wine cellars/refrigerated wine cabinets, a 20% restocking charge will be imposed for any cancellations made ten (10) days after the order is placed.
