All of us at Bacchus Cellars want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within thirty (30) days for an exchange, refund (with receipt), or merchandise credit. We cannot accept returns on any personalized or custom-manufactured products such as custom wine cellars, custom refrigerated wine cabinets, custom wine racks, and cooling units. Shipping is refunded only if items were not personalized or customized correctly, the wrong item was shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. If an order is damaged in transit, please contact Bacchus Cellars immediately at 1-800-356-4808. Our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST Saturday. Bacchus Cellars is closed on Sunday. Should you contact us after business hours, please leave a detailed message and a sales associate will return your call the next business day.
If your wine cellar is not operating within the manufacturers' specifications, however, Bacchus Cellars and/or the manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace the wine cellar. Bacchus Cellars may request the consumer to contact a local refrigeration company to service the wine cellar. All cost for labor and materials is covered for one (1) full year from date of receipt. The compressor is covered for five (5) years from the consumer's date of receipt (parts only).
