Bacchus Cellars ships its products via UPS or White Glove Delivery. All oversized and custom-manufactured products are shipped directly from our manufacturers. Some products require White Glove Delivery. With White Glove Delivery, delivery is by appointment only. We'll then bring the item into your home, unpack and inspect it, place it where you want it, and dispose of all packaging material. Additional delivery charges may apply for locations with five (5) or more stairs. White Glove Delivery is indicated below the sales price of all items that ship via this method.

Shipping rates apply for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 states. For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses and international locations, please call 800-356-4808 for current rates. At the present time, Bacchus Cellars cannot ship orders to addresses in Canada. However, customers with a Canadian billing address can order items to be delivered to a United States address. Items cannot be shipped to PO boxes.

All of us at Bacchus Cellars want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it within thirty (30) days for an exchange, refund (with receipt), or merchandise credit. We cannot accept returns on any personalized or custom-manufactured products such as custom wine cellars, custom refrigerated wine cabinets, custom wine racks, and cooling units. Shipping is refunded only if items were not personalized or customized correctly, the wrong item was shipped, or merchandise was received damaged. If an order is damaged in transit, please contact Bacchus Cellars immediately at 1-800-356-4808. Our business hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST Saturday. Bacchus Cellars is closed on Sunday.
